LIKE EARLY REQUESTS FOR THE LARGE DUES DUE IN DECEMBER THAT MAKES IT EASIER TO DEAL WITH THE AMOUNT OVER A LONGER PERIOD OF TIME!
I HAVE HAD MANY QUESTIONS ANSWERED WITHOUT ANY ISSUES AND QUICKLY!!
I LIKE THE WARNINGS OF FINES BEFORE BEING FINED - IT HELPS WHEN THE BROKERS ARE BUSY AND SOMETIMES OVERLOOK SOMETHING AND ARE NOT PUNISHED WITH A FINE!!

Neither. I see the prices keep going up and The service is fair. Except the board does do a lot of traveling I am told

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I could not pay my bill online because there is no way to update the expiration date on my credit card. There is also no way to remove or add a credit card. I had to call. She took my payment, but I still have to fill out a form for updating the information.

I know you are busy and like to respond to customers, but what do you do when you have a customer on the phone and another call comes in? I sense a level of anxiety when I interact with mainstreet personel.
