Site access, classes ability to pay dues easily
Not thrilled about the Sentrilock decision however, still appreciate the personal service received whenever assistance is needed.
so very responsive and the training is great
With the annual dues. I believe that if the $600+ is able to be paid in installments, it would be better for the agents that want to stay in real estate. Some of my agents work part time, but love real estate. I believe that Mainstreet could benefit more by charging a small surcharge for breaking the payments up in 2-4 installment payments over the year. I have heard, "If you can't afford it, get out of real estate!"... The problem is, every real estate broker does not work in prominent communities that sell high-end homes.
The training available and the help desk feature.
Stronger marketing
The fees are horrible in the real estate community. Especially for people just starting and have yet to sell a home. I call it pimping in every sense of the word. What services do you guys provide? We are whores to a mandated payola. system.
Prompt service...always looking to ways to help...in office training etc
Great Services are offered.
Very friendly and helpful
The staff
Not sure at this time. I'm too new to the organization.
Everyone is always very professional Patient & freindly
You guys are awesome nothing to improve. One thing i experienced is when i violated mls rules for the first time i spoke and the represenative was accomodating and educated. It is really great to have such team.
I think we can do better to be more progressive with technology.
I think with the new TRID changes, that there should be more of a PUSH, almost insistence that ALL BOARD agents must complete the TRID CE class prior to October 3. I realize that everything was put off so time was limited but I feel like we need to educate ALL these part time agent who do not have a clue what is going on and I feel like this is the boards job.
In addition a couple more points
- integrate contracts with new TRID - and have a class on that.
-integrate status requirements and the lingo with the TRID so rather than just A/I there should be status on the other steps possibly??
- there are a lot more possibilities for automation
-I think the CE classes should be up for October-December 31, 2015 by Sept 1 - this is the time we can finally get those things done and right now the link is not working.
Just a couple thoughts!
Otherwise, everyone is friendly, you do a great job and of course we ADORE Lynn Madison and a lot of the happy people in the CE/Education department, they are all so wonderful, given the big job they have to do on a daily basis!! Thank you!!
The education opportunities.
Your services are pro-active and always on top of things. Very clear, concise information received from MORE.

The classes and amount of support.
Always helpful
Very informative,communicate well
Having to take an extra day and a half class after taking state requirements and even though I was a realtor for 10 years in Chicago association of realtors. Total waste of time and resources. It should not be mandatory.
no disappointment at all. I just have never recommended an association to anyone ever.
Lori was helpful as usual.
You are very much up to date on everything!
