Explanations/classes
I am satisfied with timely updates and needed help being available.also brings a lot of value by bringing new rosources to help Broker be more efficient to serve their clients.
Citation for cancelling a listing to adding it new becomes an ethics violation
This is not true with other Associations and many of your members do this all of the time including active board members who are volunteers.
Offer more evening classes
Keep up with broker direct financial improvements like the present dues collection timeline and finally accepting the annual $500+ fee earlier in the year. However, I feel the substantial annual fee amount is mostly unnecessary. If reducing this amount, at least allowing brokers to pay anytime during the year will be a step forward. Especially, since December is a financially tough season for many brokers.
Education variety. Many complimentary/inexpensive seminars to boost/build business.
