Website simplicity and people willing to happily assist when needed via phone

Provide continuing education.
Education opportunities, user friendly website, convenience and forms and contracts
Education classes, the ability to help provide us with tools. One tool that I hope you can help provide is DocuSign. It is expensive for a small independent company to provide that to their agents but as an organization such as yourself it will help even out the playing field.
All the associates at the main street organization of Realtors are so helpful, friendly, and reliable. I have enjoyed working with them for the past 16 years, as both a broker and managing broker, and always had a great experience with them.

For past 15 years, My husband an I have a small property management company in Homewood. Although we fully support Realtor boards, I personally believe our needs are not addressed and property management and leasing does not receive the same level of attention from our board as sales side of business
Revise rule about one day codes. makes it impossible to use Sentri Lock. I either have to accompany showings or put on a combo LB. Or make agents get a keycard
There are so many errors in the MLS listings. properties are called condos and the are not wrong townships, etc. There are errors everywhere and I believe it is because new agents are not trained in these areas.
The efficiency and knowledge of the entire staff. The quickness and friendliness is great. You do everything right.
The fact that Mainstreet does not take it's members for granted.
