Everyone there is always pleasant and willing to attend to ones needs. When ever an agent joins our office I always promote Mainstreet ahead of the others. Thank you.
Better notification through managing brokers on continuing education courses and requirements for new agents
The personnel at MORe has been very helpful and Courteous. I have had many questions answered and know I can always go to them for support.

It seems that whoever or whenever I call, someone is found to answer my questions or concerns and sometimes they are unusual! If, by chance, an answer is not readily available, they research it and get back to me promptly. I also like the fact that they are not afraid to show they have a sense of humor because sometimes even that is warranted!

Illinois is heading in the wrong direction. Our Illinois sellers are shocked at the lack of professionalism with the Illinois Realtors. We hear it so much that we are really tired of it. Many agents are discourteous and unprofessional. Incredible number of no shows for appointments without cancellation, lack of any feedback on a showing. Lies and arguments when they are questioned as to why they did not call to cancel. Contracts handwriitten where thet are not legible. Poorly prequalified buyers. We are licensed in Indiana and we rarely have a problem. I dont have stats to back my theory, but it seems like the smaller companies are the ones most guilty of this. Lack of proper training by not working for a Coldwell Banker, Remax, C-21, etc? You tell us.

I have been so impressed with how nice and helpful everyone with Mainstreet has been! I attended the Rock Deluca event on Friday and it was awesome. I feel like the fees are high, but I also don't have anything to compare them to so I don't know if they are on the high end or low.

I do not like the fact that you stopped giving the one day code which makes it difficult to use the sentrilock most of the times. I might consider switching to CAR just for that.
