I dont like the fact that you continue to include voluntary fees into the invoice and I have to manuever my way around to remove them. very deceptive. !
Vast amount of professional resources to help me succeed
When I call I generally talk to a live person! Also, the last time I called about classes I felt like the person was very helpful, that was not always the case in the past.
Twice I attempted to enter Membership info online and tried the live help, which told me to call Membership, got voicemail when I called two staffers in that department, then emailed it to Pat O'Brien as a Word attachment, who responded by emailing me a blank form to fill out.
Frustrated with trying to get help online and over the phone, I drove 20 miles to the office and manually filled out the forms and turned them in with my payment, then waited for Ron to come downstairs. Interested in building a database of Mainstreet Members, I had informed Ron of my interest, and he told me that a hard copy could be printed out, or I could order an Excel spreadsheet for $50 more. The first option is incredibly labor-intensive and free, while the latter would take a minute or so to send as an e-mail attachment and we're charging Members $50 for one of the assumed best benefits of Membership: Networking.
Undeterred, I opened Ron's email, which contained a link to the login page and no instructions. When I replied, asking what to do and where to go, the response I received was, "It's on the page I sent you". I've left a message for Ron via email and voicemail and am waiting for a call back.
I am absolutely astounded that we treat our internal customers in this manner.
The Education Dept and their variety of CE classes is tops. Your staff is very gracious and ready to assist in any way they can. Keep up the great work.

Dues are escalating repeatedly, the service does not warrant these increases. Most information can be obtained on line free through various means, and sites that other website use the same information as enter on line by members, and they give it freely. Why do these sites give a pass by the same organization that agents pay dearly for? Is the organization getting fees for this information? It is not about exposure of listing.
Always attentive, responsive and on the ball with even the most seemingly unimportant requests. Extremely professional and always reaching out with new opportunities. Fabulous! Thank you!
