Require for listing agents to include subdivision names and if rentals are allowed. Require agents to put school names and not just the district numbers. Also require SF. It is time they do so work.
There was more activity in the northern suburbs before we did all the merging. I do like the Libertyville location holding some events and classes up this way. Please do more of that. I really liked the summer open houses in Arlington Heights and now that has changed also.
Quick responses to questions
Easy access to staff to take care of issues or answer any questions. offering all types of classes
Classes
I really like their professionalism and knowledge and patience. Thank you.
Easier access to completed training information. Perhaps a YTD listing that automatically appears in a box at sign-on.
Clearer language on what fees are voluntary and mandatory
You offer many different training programs on so many topics to help agents grow their business. Your help desk staff is always very helpful when you call in with questions.
All the personnel are well trained, patient, helpful, and readily available when needed.
The attention to detail that every employee gives to their job
Someone always gets back to me and solves my problem.
I really don't use the services very often but mostly it has to do with the Sentrilock services and issues. Many times I find it difficult to reach anyone in this department. The phones go to voice mail and sometimes I do not get a call back for days.
prompt attention
a little quicker realist website
Very easy to use :)
Seems like high fees, otherwise i always had great service
REMOVE YHR UNNECESSATY FERSES FROM YEARLY AND SIMIANNUALLY FEES.
THANK YOU.
Just not above average.........too much information is inaccurate on listings, I sometimes bring to attention, but see it so often, it seems some realtors think it's ok.
There is no notice on web site that you were closed from Thursday until Monday for Thanksgiving, and this just being just before annual fees are due. Also my cost for dues etc...was showed to be $535 but when I went to pay my fees the amount went to $575 including an "optional" contribution to RPAC. If it is optional I should not have to pay for it. And since I am a Real Estate Appraiser it is unfair that I should donate to Political Action Committee which I may or may not agree with.
fair service
I paid a $725 in Dues in September and you send me another bill to pay $575 in December. I would like a monthly payment plan or at least some options. I can't just come up with these huge lump sums out of the blue.
Friendly, helpful people.
Easy and convenient. Good communication.
You guys are very helpful every time I call with a question...especially legal dept!!
As an appraiser I rely on the Property Detail Resport. There have been numerous times (days) in 2015 when the data source was unavailable due to a technical mishap. I don't feel the cost of service equals services rendered
Online accessability
EVERTHING. EVERYONE IS SO HELPFUL AND ALWAYS SO KIND.
I like the training that is available!
Getting information is difficult because there is so much information all at once. The website has too much stuff, headings are repeated in different places. When I call with a question I get put on hold or told to call another number. When I go to an office for training we get moved from one room to another because something doesn't work. Everyone seems stressed and super busy all the time. Feels unprepared and disorganized. Make it simple. Write down what you are and what you do with only one link for each item. Have a one page of the same info you can hand out. Make it easy to see a priority.
