Helpful, courteous, prompt service whenever I've had to call with questions

Your website is not very user friendly. You indicate that ethics need to be taken, but no where does it say we have to provide you w/ proof or how to provide you with proof, fax, email, who to contact, etc.
Also I was contacted to pay my annual dues, after my dues were already paid and the message left indicated that my access would be cut for non-payment. Doesn't give your members a sense of accuracy on your part.
Offers a ton of resources - classes. Very helpful.
On the few occasions when I have had to contact someone, it has been easy.
You are just a phone call away. I have always been able to get the help I need when I call.

Tutoring, classes
Agents working for smaller companies need training on professionalism. We rarely get feedback on showings and few call or email to cancel a showing leaving homeowners waiting or assuming they are having a showing. This needs to stop. I havent even seen an email from you about this.....even as a reminder to all Realtors.
Better training for Realtors who do not belong to large chains. We get no feedback on showings, agents are poo about canceling showings, they just dont show up leaving homeowners waiting.
Very friendly and always happy to answers questions and point me in the right direction.

Is there anything that can be done to stress the importance of agents giving feedback after showings. I send them an email within 24 hours but 90% of the time end up calling them. They do not pick up phone, I leave email, no response, I call again and so on and so on.
This leaves a very bad impression on our sellers who get their home ready, often leave the property and then cannot even find out what the "buyer" thought of the home.
This is very unprofessional, discourteous behavior on the part of showings and is a poor reflection on all Mainstreet members. Also a huge time waster to have to chase incompetent agents.

Fast response to any needs I have or questions
I own about 15 sentri-lockboxes. I put them on my listings and then the buyer brokers call asking for one day codes. This defeats both the convenience and more importantly the security features of these boxes. What a Pain! A solution needs to be found to have all brokers buy into the lockbox system.

And repeal some of the ridiculous reasons to fine. An realtor MLS sheet is full disclosure and as long as it does not have seller name or phone number there is. Nothing wrong with the public seeing it yes the commissions on it and recently and instructor at a more class said that the public wasn't titled to knowing the commission
