Go back to mailing invoices as older agents do not use email to pay bills.

The Market Conditions addendum (1004MC) for appraisers needs to be more user friendly. The appraiser should be able to hand pick the properties in this report. Currently the only option is to enter "parameters" and include all the properties returned. The appraiser should be allowed to drill-down in the results that come back from the parameters search and include only the specific properties that are "Her Comps" in the final 1004MC report that is generated by your system. This is important because the sales agents don't fill-out the listing sheets perfectly so broad parameters must be used first then sifted through to get only what is relevant. Your system already allows me to sift through the broad results and even select on the ones I want to use. It does not allow me to create a custom report from that information currently and I don't know why.
No, I'm very pleased with the organization.No Problem. I am not likely to recommend Mainstreet to other RE Professionals because they are already likely with Mainstreet if they are working in this area, or in their own organization if they work in another area, so it is a subject that is unlikely to come up.
