The board is very helpful and receptive to all situations I have brought. I did have to go before the directors due to an unfortunate Sentrilock situation and was terribly disappointed at the unprofessional manner in which I was judged and fined. I am not sure I know exactly what I would recommend in this situation, perhaps a little more transparency and less authority when being assessed by peers.
Can only comment on what I need. I find the materials current and useful.

Caci Bernard has been very responsive over the past (more than a year) it took me to finally be able to sign up for the board. She explained everything very efficiently and quickly.
Mainstreet is very dedicated to our success and has comprehensive programs. All new brokers and probably many seasoned ones should take advantage of the available opportunities to make us better, more successful and more profitable at what we do everyday.
