The data and information is accurate and timely. A continual effort is put into evolving and providing real time helpful information in contrast to providers that expect the customer to do the work.
I am trying this again - the system shut down on me! I do not know if it sent you what I had already written, so I shall attempt to reconstruct it again.
First, I paid my dues this morning, but no receipt was sent to my inbox - this was very strange, I went searching, and the site said I still owed my dues. Did they go through? Or not? I tried over and over again. When I originally searched past invoices paid, I found one that said I had paid the NAR dues 7/6/15 - very strange, indeed - for I know that these dues are always due at the end of the year (truthfully, we all wish they were due in the middle of the year!)
I did print this out, and when I did, it did say that the dues were due December 1, 2015. The invoice date AND the printed date both said 7/6/15.
Then I pulled up your staff listing, thinking I would leave them a message and they could look into this during the day when they had the opportunity (especially since you were closed Thursday and Friday). WRONG AGAIN! I tried calling a coupe of the numbers, either it did not ring, or I received a quick busy signal.
Then I went back to the site, thinking (erroneously), that you would have a place I could click on to leave a message that could be handled later. If there is such a place, I could not find it!
So that left me to go back to your questionnaire - I truly did not wish to do this, but I had to reach you somehow this morning, as I need to be in court as a possible witness in a child custody case, and I wanted you to know of my problems, in case there were glitches in your system that you could address this morning.
I attempted to give you all of the necessary information that I could, hoping that you can pinpoint and fix the problem quickly.

the classes
It is very user friendly. This was the first time I have used (paid my annual dues online - typically I submit a check) and viewed the web site i.e. CE requirements, previous invoices. Good job. Very helpful.
Easy to pay. Great service
Fees should be spread out throughout the year. $535 right before christmas is not a good idea. Quarterly or semi annual should be done instead because thats alot of money right before the biggest holiday of the year.
Lower costs. Too many dues with no benefits
I like website with lots of free Web training especially useful for a new agent. Also classes well organized and very informative.
