Your fees are too high. I also sell in Indiana and pay MLS dues there. I can't afford both. I would like to be an Mls member with Mred only but found out I have to belong to Mainstreet Board in order to have Mls privileges. Not so with Indiana board.

I took classes with Carrie Bey Little and Lynn Madison and they were both great at explaining the materials and giving different examples of real life instances that we may run into as new realtors. They were friendly and very approachable, I felt like I had known them for years.
