Let new agents know the lifecycle of what they need to do and in what order. I wanted to get all my requirements done asap. My JumpStart was scheduled two months after I started. I took the post license class with another organization, then took JumpStart due to the late date...wish I would of been able to take the post with you!!!

Nothing against Main Street, the NAR extorts a ridiculous amount of money from everyone involved. The yearly fee is ridiculous and for appraisers in particular. If not for us, few properties would be sold in many markets and we get nothing from the NAR. 70,000+ appraisers @ $535=$37,450,000.....for what ?

Access to a great deal of information. What I don't like is the free sharing of this info to public access websites to minimize the need for a Realtor. We are shooting ourselves in the foot and providing way too much information about our inventory to the public.
They have no need to find a qualified Realtor, nor to remain loyal, since the free information flow eliminates our VALUE.
board dues should not be paid in December.We should be able to pay on them all thru-out the year
