I still think I want RANWC . They listened to the northwest suburbs. The taking away one day codes without a general vote was wrong. There has been little regard for old RANWC Realtors, in my humble opinion. This combining might have saved money, but gave us no voice. By the way, why can't there be a statewide contract, instead of having Chicago board and the 6.2?

You should bill the dues quarterly. A due date before Christmas is tough on the Christmas shopping budget. I know you notify early, and we can pay early, but as you certainly experience, MANY agents procrastinate. Maybe offer a monthly auto-draft plan as well? This could spread it out over 12 months.
Maybe spreading the payments out would also level out your income stream?

I thought enrollment in the organization was mandatory. How can I recommend something that is mandatory?
Two many levels of services and charges that lack efficiency and increase fees.
The membership dues are too high. And I do understand some cost continue to rise but every year the dues continue to be inflated versus the value of the program. More importantly, I've emailed complaints to the this Board on concerning Realtors not responding at all to requests to show their listings and I've not once received a response from Mainstreet nor the Realtors who practice this behavior.
Do not let calls go to voice mail and then never get returned. A person answering would be wonderful.
