too many things in Downers grove- not enough in the area I am in Arlington Heights

Seems like all the seminars etc are there not in AH- sometimes just webs

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The dues are really getting out of hand! Hard to pay $500 at this time of year on top of all the other expenses during the year, it is really getting very expensive to keep a license, and I have had a license since 1982!

Seriously, you do not care about anything but money and your own interests.
Big bill at Christmas time every year. No reason for these bills to be so high.

You are not interested in the good of the membership. Haven't been for years

What could we do to improve?

Your prices are higher than others and they offer the same type of programs. It would be nice if the prices went down. Also, when having to pay dues, do not add donations that are filled out for more money. It was very confusing paying my dues when it looked as if 40$ got added on. I didn't see what the additional charges were until I went further down the payment process. Not right.
