I appreciate the multiple emails each week with notices regarding any new rules or ordinances a municipality may have passed or are proposing. It's good that know what's going on in all the communities as a whole so that we are knowledgeable.
NAR membership should NOT be required for MLS access, NAR membership should be optional!
Costs are too high. Designations are useless. The public doesn’t know what they mean.
Commercial listings are being suppressed on apps, why?
If you are donating to Republicans you are hastening our demise.
Clear communication.
I was helped with prompt service and very polite
Continually raising the cost of membership. Not updating the technology, second party is better than our own. Refusing to accept ethics class from other places. Having to repeat ethics class so its from your organization feels unethical.
Thanks for the payment text reminder
I was trying to pay my dues and had a hard time signing into my account and NICOLE called me around 6 pm and helped process my payment over the phone, as well as help me access my Mainstreet account to view my invoice online. She was very friendly, easy to talk to and patient, giving me a choice to pay online or with her over the phone. She just took the stress out of paying this invoice without incurring a late fee. Thanks to a qualified Mainstreet person, I left the office with my mission accomplished.
Mainstreet personnel have always been helpful, especially now with what's going on in our industry, arranging seminars to help us navigate these changes and challenges. We need our Mainstreet real estate association to help and guide us.
its the only one to join
help is always there
I don't like the way Realtors have been treated by the NAR AGREEMENT. The new NAR Presidental appointment Both occurred without Realtor@ input. You did not even write an amicus brief to court objecting on our behalf. Do you you even realize this disaster is not approved? I feel better if you polled agents. Clients had all the same optiobs before this. All i can see is a sleazy lawyer making 220 million dollars of which I don’t want to pay any of. Poll. Amicis brief.
The good tech support
Mainstreet is always responsive and helpful in providing the information I need.
Fees keep going up every year and there is no tangible service I see being provided.
reliable and professional
Dependable- responsive and resourceful
High fees that go up constantly
Everything!
Prompt reply to calls for assistance.
Quick to resolve issues
This is a really dumb question for a survey.
Easy to communicate with and good skill training.
You are very responsive with assisting us with our needs. The educational opportunities are great and accommodating. Thank you for all your diligence.
They are always quick to answer help with any problems.
Still not one class on homes... nothing to teach agents about the mechanicals/workings of a home... Most agents cannot tell the difference between a sump pump and an ejection pit. You can't be good at a job unless you know what you are selling...
Your website sucks. Can’t tell you how many times I get an error and have to start over. The cost is outrageous. The fact that you teamed up with the NAR is enough to make me sick. Then the threats of fines if we accidentally don’t adhere to these stupid new rules makes me want to puke.
Staff is wonderful and you are so on top of the latest information and trends along with added services for us!
Competent
Coursework is in person or online
Fight back harder and appeal the NAR settlement.

As a realtor you need an organization that understands the changing real estate market and adjust its training and information accordingly.
