Mainstreet keeps us informed about our ever-changing industry and current trends. Accessible; responsive; not too difficult to reach. I like the training/class availability and T.P. convenience; but it looks like the cost has increased.

Services, professionalism, you are always there for us, resolving whatever issue we think we may have. CE and classes are easy to attend and informative
Events and classes too far away from me to attend. Most events are 30-45 minutes away. Not opposed to online/video learning, but sometimes would rather attend in person.

Always keeping members informed on what is happening and I especially like the phone reminders on anything important members need to keep watch on.

I don't feel that when I need the board they step up the way I would like. I barely ever call but when I have they have not been able to assist effectively

Actually I need to improved and call more often the folks there have always been helpful
I haven't really had to use services much yet, but from signup to paying invoices, everything is very easy to do and people are very friendly.
I'm often looking for items that can improve my performance as a Realtor; I'd like to see Mainstreet help me more with this.
When I need to purchase a new stand to hold my brochures, I'd like to go to the Mainstreet website for info on where to purchase.
When I need to review new CRM programs, I'd like to go to the site to find reviews and suggestions.
When I need to have answers like that, I'd like to go to Mainstreet rather than discovering on my own.
