I haven't really had to use services much yet, but from signup to paying invoices, everything is very easy to do and people are very friendly.
I'm often looking for items that can improve my performance as a Realtor; I'd like to see Mainstreet help me more with this.
When I need to purchase a new stand to hold my brochures, I'd like to go to the Mainstreet website for info on where to purchase.
When I need to review new CRM programs, I'd like to go to the site to find reviews and suggestions.
When I need to have answers like that, I'd like to go to Mainstreet rather than discovering on my own.
Very good communications, easy and helpful website, good professionals for lectures, interesting CE classes, reasonable fees, convenient offices through out the city is a very good benefit.

Right now very unhappy about not knowing I owed $600 plus a $30 late fee. When I found out about this accidentally (going online to confirm Ethics requirement), it said I owed this money. I can not find any email giving me notice of this fee, nor any phone call that I was told was made.
Please confirm how I was sent this notice last July. I have paid in the past and would not ignore something as important as this.
Your communication has not reached me. I am very disappointed in this, since this is such a crucial part of my business.
Renewal fee continues to go up.
