I like the fact that I can depend on Main Street, to keep me up to date with current events and changes. I like that they are on the cutting edge of technology. I like the amount of classes they provide for our members. I like that everyone without exception, in my experience is helpful, polite and usually solves my issues.

My one issue would be that the Tinley Park office does not offer many of the great classes available in Downers Grove and Arlington Heights.
Many agents simply cannot travel that far, don't have time because they are working and have families to care for. Traveling to DG or AH is a major trip and can take between 4 and 5 hours out of the work day to travel to location, take a class and travel back home.
Educational support and growth.
! Questions are usually answered right away. Knowledgeable staff are able to get me going quickly.
The classes. The extra miles you go to for the realtors ie fairs.
Offer more classes in Arlington Hts. Have a main store with signs & supplies. Arrange for a Sentri Lock trade in & upgrade program.
There is so much to learn for someone like myself--new to real estate--that it helps me to understand the business a little bit more each time I am engaged in an activity.

So far, all of the training sessions i've added have been great. I also like the fact that we get access to a lot of the MRED tools and Inman thanks to Mainstreet.
Making Services and Seminars readily available to help members become more competitive and effective in today's ever changing real estate world. Employee's at Mainstream have always been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable whenever I needed their help.
My only wish, is that we have a store at the Arlington heights to shop for our real estate business needs.

MORE is professional and reliable. I really don't know much about other associations for a fair comparison...realtor association fees seem high to me
