The educators are the best & the office staff is always helpful.
I think it would be better to break up this bill. It is very high especially when the market is slower starting September. I believe this bill should be paid twice a year. Also, the $170.00 we pay in addition is getting very expensive. There are many agents saying they do not have to join the board to be an agent, which of course is true, and this is where I believe the market place may be going.

The technology provided allows us the manage our business with ease and accuracy.
The fees associated with being a Realtor are $560 per year. Add another $340 per year for MLS fees. Zillow is getting pretty close to offering all the services the MLS does for free. We are talking $900 per year for services Zillow will soon provide for free.
I only keep the Realtor designation for the commission and to allow access to properties. The moment banks and people get smart, the Realtor designation will become non-existent. This wouldn't happen if the fees to become a Realtor were less, but at $900 per year? You are pricing yourself out of existence.
Still wish this invoice as billed in a 2-pay thru the year option. Always bad timing during the holidays.

Mainstreet Organization association services are very good. Website is very user friendly and information is readily available.
My only question to whomever this should be directed are regarding the Realtors annual dues being due at the end of the year in the middle of the main holidays. I vote to have the due date moved to earlier in the year.
I think the fees are too high and I'm not sure what service they provide when I have to pay for MLS dues, IAR dues and NAR dues plus some other nonsense like R-voice and NAR public awareness (I don't even know what those are).
Extremely user friendly. Amazing availability of information,video training,multi-use on all aspects for real estate. Love it!
