Having to wait two hours to turn back on the service after payment. Also data inconstancy that does not match public records.

I think the fees for part time agents are too high. Its a little crazy when I'm just holding it for part time personal use .

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The fee is so high and the late fee of $30 is terrible especially when this bill comes due at the holiday season. Should be given the opportunity to make monthly installments

I shouldnt of been charged a late fee for my dues. I was never notified when they were due.
