board dues should not be due in December .We should be able to pay on them monthly

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We feel that as an appraisal office, our dues/fees should be less as we
don't use most of the services that are needed for the realtors.

Not even able to work the payment site, when I notified the amounts it never went thru you can't charge me when I don't agree with this.
