Just a great group of people. So very helpful and polite/friendly. Terrific classes offered also.
There is no activity between the board and membership. There is no local leadership in the northwest suburbs. Now you want to not give membership a voice or a vote, by changing by laws. Horrible.

Your process of transferring agents is ineffective. There needs to be a cross reference once you receive an activation and deactivation notice from brokerages. Recently, MORe transferred me to my new brokerage but once the former brokerage sent in paperwork to transfer me, my account was deactivated and it happened over the weekend when there is no one to contact. This put me out of business for two days. No apology or waiving of a fee was received.

The board is very helpful and receptive to all situations I have brought. I did have to go before the directors due to an unfortunate Sentrilock situation and was terribly disappointed at the unprofessional manner in which I was judged and fined. I am not sure I know exactly what I would recommend in this situation, perhaps a little more transparency and less authority when being assessed by peers.
