Efficient and professional as always!
I recently switched to Mainstreet from another organization, and staff seem to be very helpful. I called to change the location of a training I was taking, and staff took the time to pull up my info and informed me the course I took at my previous organization transferred so I did not need to retake the training.

I believe that what we pay for and what we get from Main Street is totally imbalanced. Not enough classes in ALL areas and the most we get is the MLS and we have to pay for that too!!!
