As you know, the association dues are due at the most inconvenient time of year. The big one, (now $600 or $560 and climbing) is due right before Christmas. It would be nice to have an option to pay this amount in increments rather than all at once. If this option does exist and I am unaware of it, please let me know as I would like to make a payment now. Without having that option creates unnecessary stress for the holidays and therefore a lot of unhappy members.
Been a member since 1992. Always get helpful information when and if I need to call for in for it.
We are provided with all the support we need to run a successful real estate brokerage firm. Professionalism at its best!

I am an old guy so all these new things your adding are way to fast for me. I am sure they are helpful I only wish you could just put it in a pill that i take and I would get it. Our association is so large it is difficult to offer members any personalized attention. There is no cure for this.
Extremely prompt with returning email, very helpful and informative. I had to buy a sentrilock lockbox and was running late got there right before 5pm and she was very helpful and nice and asked if i knew how to use it and stayed to show me how to use it (im a new agent). Excellent customer service!!

I used to be a member of RAFV and they billed monthly. That made it easier to budget my dues, MLS fees, etc.

I love the education, advocacy and networking opportunities of MORE. Couple things I don't like are the lack of outreach to small individual brokerages. Also, I think leasing agents should have a lessor price to join than a full broker. They have less opportunity for income.
My questions are usually answered quickly and the phone is answered by a real person!
