I think the fees for part time agents are too high. Its a little crazy when I'm just holding it for part time personal use .

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The fee is so high and the late fee of $30 is terrible especially when this bill comes due at the holiday season. Should be given the opportunity to make monthly installments

What could we do to improve?

I received a 30.00 late fee for dues. I honestly did not receive the original bill or reminder. Since this is my first renewal, I was unaware it was due. This is frustrating.
