Offer more classes at other offices besides Arlington Heights Tinley Park (they're too far). More in Libertyville would be AWESOME!!

Like quick access to forms
You've grown too big! LOst control of the MLS and are way to expensive for the services you provide.
I think prices are high for classes for new realtors. Without making any commissions yet, it is hard to pay for classes.
