Lower Dues
I and my managing broker and I know several other realtors have complained against Kelly Stelters violation of article 12 promotions that are misleading the public and the board has done nothing for over a year, We have to go straight to IDFPR . It's sad that our own board can't do anything about someone lying to the public with evidence she is doing it for over a year.
The search function is very cumbersome and not very intuitive. See Rappatoni’s system in NIRA for a good search system.

22 and working my booty off, these Mainstreet fees on top of my agency dues are wayyyy too expensive. I've only sold 1 home since obtaining my license this year and I'm unable to afford the cost of living now. Somehow, I need to pay several thousand dollars in random pop-up fees and yet I still need to market myself to become successful. I still have another job and even then, it is hard to stay afloat. I wish consideration was taken before billing new agents the full cost of Mainstreet and it's tools when they aren't utilized the same way of veterans in the business.
