I cannot believe that I pay dues to the NAR to the IAR and to you, and then the MLS can be shared with anybody at all, what the heck am I paying my dues for? I don't feel as though you or the other organizations are protecting the rights of the paying real estate agents, so what's the point of being A Realtor?

For future Coffee Talks, it would be nice to allow as much time for the participants to ask questions as the presenter as time to present the topic. Or maybe the topic of the contract needs a separate coffee talk for questions only.
