I don't understand the need for the dues prices to be so high.
Always looking out for the members, by searching the real estate market tools for success, being new technologies and introduction of new software the market has to offer.
Business very slow . market is not good for new brokers like me who are not getting any work. May be too many brokers t hat is why we see new offices being opened every day .on top too many expenses.

I believe you can provide better customer service when people call. Which means answering the phone, responding to voicemails, and more positive attitudes. I also feel the organization should be more understanding of members personal financial situations. I believe the classes should be more available and target more marketing situations for new realtors.
You never send out sufficient notice that payment is due or a correct invoice.
Please so so before the payment is due and not when it has become delinquent.
The staff is always, 100% of the time, kind, patient and informative. They go above and beyond to help solve problems and are so quick to process agents new to our office so the agent has very little “down” time. MORe has always been my primary board and I greatly appreciate the professionalism of each employee I encounter.

better pre recorded class schedule. The webinars are recorded yet you need to schedule them at a specific time. I, like most busy agents, have odd times available. I would do pre recorded webinars in lieu of tv at night but most classes need to be scheduled during our work day. I think it's very inconvenient. It's the same class over and over. It's free. Just record it and let us do it when it's convenient.
The commercial boot camp is only twice a year. I've had something on one of the 4 days each time this year so I wasn't able to participate. They were sold out anyway. If you have 2 and they both sell out, why not add another? It's obviously of interest to agents. It's also a money maker. Doesn't make sense.
Being licensed in both Illinois and Indiana, Mainstreet is far superior to Mibor
