Could not find my account on search page of Mainstreet site. Was trying to pay my annual dues. Ended up paying them thru succeedewithmore.
They are very responsive and very courteous
Everything
I like our association, it has seem to have gotten better lately. I didn't like always getting a voice mail and never getting a live person when you had an issue other than the mls. I do not like the new web site. My agent couldn't find her dues invoice after looking for an hour and then I went it and couldn't find it either. I finally did, paid one of them for them and then couldn't get back to the same page to pay another's for them.
I left a message for the Baord to please call her so she could pay them.
Love the classes and how you provide free tools for us to be better Realtors.
Helpful and friendly
As the clients are demanding more face to face time from the realtor so the realtor would like more in-person classes
The staff is always so friendly and helpful.
I am indifferent at this point. it is pointless as this is the only option. The online site navigation could be better user friendly and not require a call to your support center to figure out pay my bill.
GREAT ORGANIZATION.
MORe appears to be overly aggressive with dunning notices. We get dues payment notices in August for Dec. 1 due date. It also sends notices to our managing brokers with names of brokers who have not yet paid their dues. We get additional notices from our managing brokers to pay up. Again, all these notices are sent well in advance of Dec. 1 due date. Unfortunately, this sends a negative message that MORe members are a bunch of deadbeats who don't pay their bills and require lots of dunning notices. Alternatively, maybe MORe is in financial strife and needs cash float. A 30-days advance notice of dues payment should be sufficient. If members don't pay by due date, immediately cancel their membership and assess a HEFTY surcharge for reactivation. Do this and you will earn a 10+ from me.
How quickly you answer our questions!
There is no Realtor that I know of that wants to pay membership dues to an association so they can use the MLS. At least you try to help us.
