Mainstreet is just so prompt and accurate with everything, they don't play no games. On the other hand with CAR your always waiting and calling and waiting before you can get anything resolved or done. When you call mainstreet you always get someone who is knowledgeable in their work field, love this !!

The cost of being a member is ridiculously high. I don't feel I am getting a thing for my payment of fees in return. Probably the last time I pay this annual fee.
I have suggested before that More have more activities in the Northeast area of DuPage County.
I have never, in my professional life, dealt with staff that were as rude, insouciant, and generally put off by having to deal with members. Any time I have had to make an inquiry, I have never received any indication that I was valued as a member, that my question had value, and have only been treated with contempt for daring to interrupt someone else's time.
Always rompt to answer and solve my problems.
The increases in annual dues are out of line.
Mainstreet offers so many tools ro help its members succeed. Tons of training is included in our membership, and the training is jampacked with so much useful information
I am trying to register for an on line ethic class. The link on Main Street will not let me do it. I filled out the form and mailed to Main street without any response. I tried calling and ended up being hung up on. I have been a Realtor since 1983 and I am so frustrated!!! It is making it way too complicated.
