When attending classes through Mainstreet, I feel as though I am getting first hand knowledge from a professional. That the material being taught isn't straight out of a handbook.

I think it's a crock of crap that appraisers have to pay the added agent fee. The fee appraisers pay amounts to extorsion. We should pay nothing that has to do with an agent.
That you want us to pay our annual dues at the end of the year when it is slow for everyone and it's holiday time. I tried to get a payment plan and was told no. Your payment flexibility and timing is much left to be desired.

We have sent in certificates of completion for CE ethics for numerous of our agents since AUGUST and they are still being e-mailed that they did not due it--37 for the Oak Lawn office alone--
Finally got resolved this morning when Kate Sax took care of it herself. From August to November. Not good.
The fact that now most employees answer questions in a friendly and informative manner.

You are very expensive. But can’t do business without you so it is what It is.
I really would like us somehow fight the municipalities on their extra requirements on rental inspections/registrations...very picky presale inspections or not allowing "as is" sales etc.
Their willingness to jump in and help with our Profession. Never a task to difficult that they ignore.
