Customer service
I really appreciate having several local northwest suburban offices. The Arlington Heights and Libertyville locations are close to my home and offices.
Many years ago, I served on the Education Committee. The training has always been excellent with top notch instructors which include Lynn Madison. It is helpful to have training scheduled at our offices, self study, video streaming and on-line.
Training on the new 7.0 contract is very important for a smooth transition. I have served on the Attorrney/Realtor Committee and know how many hours go into making these changes.
The weekly e-mail updates are helpful. It reminds me of what is going on in our association and the industry.
Thank you!

The immediate response
I look to the organization for professional support and development.
As a newer agent and still learning the ropes the education department is so helpful for me.
We shouldn't have to pay for new contract classes!
Everything, but the people involved make it all worthwhile.
very good training
making yearly invoice due in the middle of the month instead of end of the year and charging a late fee. yes i’m being petty over $30. i cant afford that kind of stuff.
Always available and helpful!
I love dealing with Mainstreet Because everyone is always very pleasant and very helpful.
I’m retired and only keep up my license in case friends or family need real estate advice. I’m very tardy in reading my email. This leads to missing my dues payment. The problem I have is you are taking a very hard line regarding late fees. I’ve paid many late fees. Why not just shut down our Mls access ( you do it anyway and hold the payment as hostage ) and skip the late fee. I have met hundreds of agents who feel we are being ripped off. If you ever have serious competition you will lose 90% of your clients.
Great service
that you are always there for your members, for questions and answers.
Search on MLS is difficult. Poor search results.
The Continuing Eduction offerings. Forms and contracts available to members.
The fees are too high

Billing annual dues in July with due date in December is terrible. I was told there were reminder emails. I searched my email under multiple categories and could not find any such email. I looked back at every weekly news letter starting in Oct and there was no mention of annual dues. It was not in the news letter until is was too late, telling us after the fact that dues were due Dec 1! I was also told phone calls went out. I never received one of those either. The dues we pay are too expensive. We in Lake County are under served, as few trainings and no social events are held in our area.
great association, helpful, professional and offering the most up to date information in the market

Very one-sided. I feel more like a walking dollar sign, not like there is any interest in a true partnership. When things go wrong on my side, I have to correct it. When things are wrong on your side, I have to accept it. I just do not feel like there is much interest in the value being provided, only that the organizations need are met. It feels important to participate, but I am beginning to wonder if it really is that important.
