Make everyone follow rules and give punishments as necessary, regardless of who people know. Be consistent and follow through on ALL violations whether it ethics, MLS infractions, arbitration, etc.

Real Estate classes and trainings are important
I get answers to questions--not BS. If one can't answer, they are happy to refer to another.
They even have a counselor on staff. :-) I told a gal I was "computer retarded", and she immediately said, "no you are not, we all need help" Made me feel better.
