You charged me $25 for a paying dues late? The fee seems like a money grab. I can understand suspending the account if it's late, but charging a fee for missing a date I don't agree with.
I was double charged from my credit card, waited 1,5 for returning check.
They put down wrong my email, Sentrilock service is very low
It is a very reliable and accurate source when it comes to searching for available homes on the market or doing a CMA.
Great information with just on a click or couple of clicks that gives information you need and takes you to different valuable tools for us the Realtors.

Dues are high. I also don't use Sentilock but have to pay for it.
I can pull up most information I need on the website.

The help me solve problems
To many layers of beuracy. The real estate industry is moving on, this is an unnecessary layer. Fees are way to high.
The association is proactive and very informative to current issues, trends and continuing education.
I'm estimating half of the agents that do not come from a well known company do not bother to show up for appts or call to cancel, they do not give feedback and need to take a course in professionalism and common courtesy.
The courses for CE will continue to be the same old ones that no one pays attention to anyway.
Glad most of my business is switching to Indiana. The agents their are professional and well trained.

Fees are too high. I'm dissapointed that Mainstreet hasn't been successful in standing up to the Illinois Bar. Lawyers have impinged on our profession too much.
Mainstreet hasn't been successful in obtaining correction to Sentrilock issues. 1. That we have to renew cards, cards don't work the same day as the app, sometimes Realtors need the app and sometimes we need the card, both should work at the same time. 2. Sentrilocks not working due to "time" and other issues. This is a software and/or hardware problem and makes the devices faulty, requiring telephone support. We've lost showings due to faulty devices-- especially during the polar votexes when clients and agents won't wait outside to make phone calls in the cold.
They are so helpful and professional
The education resources and reminders are tools that are very much needed for me to take care of obligations that can be over looked when you are dealing with a over loaded and demanding daily schedule. I enjoy how friendly and helpful staff is when I call in with questions and or concerns. I think it's great knowing that there are training classes that Mainstreet offers and available to help agents stay knowledgeable and up to date in the Real Estate market along with ways to stay connected with our clients and costumes through social media and marketing techniques.

Everything is good. I think the dues are higher than other boards. I like the local updates of what is happening in the market.
