The billing. I don’t receive notice of billing until it’s late. The few trainings in the south suburban area is very inconvenient to be apart of an association then have to go to somewhere else for trainings.

The upgraded commercial courses, the instructors are very knowledgeable and engaging, the staff is polite, accommodating and professional and the location is convenient and easy to get to.
Everyone in the association and in the office are so helpful and wonderful!
