I'd like to see a lower cost payment plan(s) be made available which would spread payments out over time. The costs of both MLS and Dues are substantial and, as a less active agent, can be quite a burden at times, especially the December payment falling just before Christmas.
Have more clear billing and not try to hide donations in the billing.
The availability of classes and telephonic support for broker related questions.
