I'm tired of your lame excuse that theres nothing that you can do with internet sites pirating
the real estate industries listings. Just don't include the additional pics of the property that by the way I pay for. Both the NAR and MRED have refused to step forward to help realtors keep control of our business. But when its time to put your hand out for our money you're right there!!!
The quarterly and annual fees are a bit expensive and the timing of when they are due is sometimes tough. Overall, a good board to be a part of.
Would also like to see more classes offered that help estimate the value of homes/land (for a listing presentation) when evaluating property features and how they compare to neighboring homes/land.
Do something for appraisers. We pay same dues and have no classes or MLS Appraiser search criteria for us. Everything is geared for agents

More member outreach in the form of webinars and live streaming of relevant information and services. Instead of having to mostly physically drive to downers grove location, or any location especially during the winter months in Illinois. Which should equal access to more free relevant information. Update more than just the look of the site but the function and update information regularly. The site is more generic nowadays. Make it more managing broker information as the leaders of the brokerage company. The section for managing broker should be separate and full of tools and resources on site. The commercial information section whatever it is. I still haven't figured out I will have to call or email the person that's over that part as it should be readily available on the website as well with all the relevant information needed, given, or offered. The current system compared to the last maybe better but I can't tell. Example, I needed to do a change of address for my office. I had to call to change and asked where to find it online. I am very computer savvy.
