The costs and payment plan/times. The big payment at Christmas time is a killer. Other board I now the option to join had monthly payment option and appears to be cheaper but haven’t really explored it.

More frequent training options for new brokers. Something like once or twice per year to offer an important pricing course for new brokers is not enough.
