I did not receive email notice that my MLS dues were due. I have been a member for about 10 years and usually receive timely emails so I can get my dues paid. The first I find out about it, I have been charged a late fee. Please make sure that you send members timely notice of dues requirements.

I had made semi annual payment after reminder call (this was nice!). I was on the way to grandfather’s wake, so I was making payment on my phone immediately and quickly. I thought payment was processed, but I emailed customer care to get confirmation. Email was returned next morning, payment wasn’t processed! At this point I was at wake and with family all day. I was charged late fee. I felt like I couldn’t catch a break and that I must just be a number. Unfortunate, especially when it was obvious I attempted to make payment on time.. maybe a phone call would’ve been best means of communication to get payment info over phone?
I would use mred more if software was updated into app. Seems outdated

I don't feel that I don't see the value for the fees that I pay.
The classes are good and the association is very helpful.
Most of the important classes are available in Downers Grove and it’s not easy for everyone to go there please try to add more classes in Tinley Park

The rules for changing listing status is too strict. It should be business days and not include weekends. Some of us do like a day off... And not have to worry about meeting some ridiculous date on a non-work day.
