You didn't disappoint me.

I just joined the organization so I don't have a strong opinion one way or another yet.

I ignored the first request but you sent a second request re: "how likely are you to recommend us" so I decided to respond. I am still neutral as I have yet to realize the benefits of the organization.

What do you like about our association services?

Get rid of the small offices who who don offer the array of services that MORe does. Fox Valley McHenry, Sycamore-DeKalb/Sterling Rock Falls offices are not very effective.

MORe is by far the most professional association I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of. The staff is always available for questions and the leadership from Realtor members is impeccable. I refer every agent I meet to MORe and will continue to do so. Keep up the fantastic work!!

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The billing. I don’t receive notice of billing until it’s late. The few trainings in the south suburban area is very inconvenient to be apart of an association then have to go to somewhere else for trainings.
