A lot of training and CE opportunities. Also, the quick adoption of the latest and greatest apps within the MLS (and again training for them).
The issue is taken care of immediately.

The cost of being a member is ridiculously high. I don't feel I am getting a thing for my payment of fees in return. Probably the last time I pay this annual fee.
I have suggested before that More have more activities in the Northeast area of DuPage County.
I have never, in my professional life, dealt with staff that were as rude, insouciant, and generally put off by having to deal with members. Any time I have had to make an inquiry, I have never received any indication that I was valued as a member, that my question had value, and have only been treated with contempt for daring to interrupt someone else's time.
Always rompt to answer and solve my problems.
The increases in annual dues are out of line.
Mainstreet offers so many tools ro help its members succeed. Tons of training is included in our membership, and the training is jampacked with so much useful information
I am trying to register for an on line ethic class. The link on Main Street will not let me do it. I filled out the form and mailed to Main street without any response. I tried calling and ended up being hung up on. I have been a Realtor since 1983 and I am so frustrated!!! It is making it way too complicated.

Could not find my account on search page of Mainstreet site. Was trying to pay my annual dues. Ended up paying them thru succeedewithmore.

I like our association, it has seem to have gotten better lately. I didn't like always getting a voice mail and never getting a live person when you had an issue other than the mls. I do not like the new web site. My agent couldn't find her dues invoice after looking for an hour and then I went it and couldn't find it either. I finally did, paid one of them for them and then couldn't get back to the same page to pay another's for them.
I left a message for the Baord to please call her so she could pay them.
Love the classes and how you provide free tools for us to be better Realtors.

As the clients are demanding more face to face time from the realtor so the realtor would like more in-person classes
The staff is always so friendly and helpful.
I am indifferent at this point. it is pointless as this is the only option. The online site navigation could be better user friendly and not require a call to your support center to figure out pay my bill.
