Too expensive for the value returned.
Classes, quick response, well run
Well run and numerous informative training classes available to its members.
RPAC is something I am not in favor of!
Reason: Years ago I was Co-Chair of RPAC and that year we set a record for donations. However, NAR let me down a few years later and allowing the government to make restrictions on what investor were allowed to right off on their investments. My business, which was primarily selling investment properties such as apartment buildings, took a huge nose dive and forced me out of selling those kind of properties again. My business went in the tank and I will never forgive NAR, IAR or any real estate association for allowing this to happen. It forced me out of that type of business and that's my story. Sorry
Lower the cost of membership...OUCH!
The training and services offered!
I love all of the training classes and opportunities to learn more about our craft that are
made available to us. Thanks so much!
Dues at holiday season is not the best...spring would be a very good alternate when sales are up
Thank you
The courses and events that are offered.
varied committees and information - something for everyone to get involved.
Very pleasant people on the phone.
I think the association negotiated the Sentrilock system. I liked that. I think the association has resources available for agents to use... artitlces, books, website links, tracks code of ethics compliance and such. Thank you for all you do
Great support when needed.
I would like to see fines higher for the unethical Realtors. I spoke to many of my peers and we feel MainStreet is all about the money and not about a solution. If MainStreet really wants to preserve the integrity of the Real Estate Profession, then stop giving these unethical Realtors a slap on the wrist and hit them where it hurts, in the wallet. Maybe if the fines were substantial, Realtors will start doing business in a ethical way.
A Very responsive and professional organization.
The staff is very helpful and patient.

Bummed to hear the class got canceled.
Very helpful when I call in.
Too much about collecting dollars.
When attending classes through Mainstreet, I feel as though I am getting first hand knowledge from a professional. That the material being taught isn't straight out of a handbook.
Great services and helpful staff.
Dues are excessive for the services received. The organization has virtually no value any longer.
Easy to get hold of.
Immediately addressed any issue I had and worked quickly to resolve them.
Updating tecknology
Keeps me up to date.
Very responsive and supportive of the agents.
Mainstreet ALWAYS has our back! Practical knowledge, capable qualified information.
Very good service
I think it's a crock of crap that appraisers have to pay the added agent fee. The fee appraisers pay amounts to extorsion. We should pay nothing that has to do with an agent.
change so things in the mls to make it easier and more accurate for everyone.
1.bathroom total counts, sf totals= separate above and below grade room counts and sf so there is no miss leading info.
2. make agents add rental data in 2-4 properties= actual and market
3. make agents add income and expense info on 5 units +,mixed use, and commercial if you every want to compete with costar
