Please don't take Realist away. It's just so much better than Remine. There are so many options there that Remine doesn't have. I've been requesting a few features to be added to Remine, but so far I haven't seen any come over. It'll be very hard to live without Realist. Please make the program work on a different platform than Adobe Flash. Thanks.

Training and education opportunities
I am an appraiser, and use the MLS listing service differently than real estate brokers/agents. I have no need for the SentriLock system and other services directed at brokers/agents, yet I am forced to pay for them as part of my membership. I think appraisers should be offered a service that is more tailored to our needs, without having to pay for stuff we don't want and don't use.
Education and variety of classes. Helpful and courteous staff. Answers questions promptly whenever an issue arises
The association is very proactive in improving the sales capabilities of the brokers who are members. I'm also impressed that Mainstreet continues to make strides in commercial real estate which is my primary business.
It would be very helpful to be able to input Listings in folder. And have seller agent be in the right spot it only comes up with buyers agent info and we have to move it over for listings.
Questions are always answered quickly, and answers can be trusted to be correct

Mostly that when I need help everyone is knowledgeable & helpful. My only complaint is that living out in Sandwich, it's too far to drive for classes or other things. Too busy to add 2 hrs to travel time.
The way you have your extra fees included so it is difficult to see the fees you don't have to pay. This is stealing on a prof. level.
i think you should give the Leasing Agent more access, we are paying the same price as Brokers we should have he same access.

When I paid my last invoice, I did not know that one of the items was a NON deductible donation, and did not see an option not to pay it. I did later figure it out, but too late. You are expensive enough with out adding donations to my invoice.

we Realtors have everyone's hand in our pocket. we are forced to pay for things we don't want, need, or benefit from. it appears we are being charged by different associations and groups for the same services, therefore we are double-paying for things we don't want/need/benefit from, and we have no choice in paying these fees or we cannot conduct our business. The majority of these fees are excessive, and we don't receive any benefit from these associations. Terrible.
Great service. Too many feedback questions.
Reduce the controllable annual fees to may it affordable for all members. Also, the MLS fees are increasing making both fees costly on an annual basis. There needs to be options when selecting whose service to use for MLS listing. Options are always a great way to know the association is concerned with it members best interest.
Realtors have no professionalism.
Maintstreet has wonderful access to CE, and someone is always available (and happy) to assist with questions. Convenient locations, great opportunities for networking, and so much more!
