Have to make sure that invoices have been received prior of being due. Also you should create a way to communicate these ideas permanently. Like a link on your website.
For one you are great at reminding me to pay my bills Lol. But you are extremely Efficient and definitely make my job, everyone else’s job, very very easy to keep up with . You are there whenever I have a question that really needs to be answered correctly and immediately! I am from the days when we did not have anything like this type of service. He had to keep your own files up-to-date, whereas now you keep your own files up-to-date that was such ease And efficiency. Thank you

Very professional and always helpful.
First year with org. and account MLS deactivated without any notice through email. Requested Tracy to start paper billing through chat. After few minutes she stop responding without resolving this issue. Requested credit for late fee no response.
As an alternative I setup up my reminders for future payments.

Work more cooperatively with Brokers, i.e. follow up and implement sensible suggestions such as allowing the fee due in December be paid in installments, among other ideas/suggestions.

Searching for a particular property should be much easier, after many tries finally the one sometimes pops, and first one should be the most recent one.
Love the excellent trainers and friendly staff PLUS great choices of classes.
Everything is great once you get a live body on the phone. Most members rarely, once or twice a year call in and it is perfect when we can speak with someone. Beats guessing what the website is saying... Like is every class that has the name ETHICS in it a class that qualifies as Ethics training?
As a new agent, I really still don't understand what you do for me. Right now it feels like just and expense.
Every time I have needed assistance with any matter, the staff has been there to help.
Endless fees. Forcing new agents to attend new agent orientation meetings for two days- requiring one to take two unpaid days off to attend the class. No weekend classes.

The Fees and honestly the classes suck
You disabled my mls access, conveniently right when your office closed. So that I could not receive any assistance. While investigating, and talking to my broker I decided to log into my more account. There I found past dues, yet oddly the only invoice I have ever recieved from you was that of my yearly dues which are due in December (and was already I'm my calendar for November payment). With all the emails you send me, would have been nice to have gotten a bill for these dues, which would have then been paid immediately. As a new agent the only way I know (or any reasonable person) I owe a balance is by reserving a bill. Plain and simple. SEND ME A BILL! Moving forward I will be checking this regularly so this inconvenience to my business does not suffer. But your billing department needs a lesson on invoicing.

Called me right back within 5 minutes, even though the answering machine said 24 hours. Waited online until I paid to reactivate me. Now that is service....and polite along the way.
I commend you as that is not the norm now days....unfortunately in our World.:(
I have been calling all week to pay my MLS fee and no one ever answers. I left a message yesterday that was not returned, and today my MLS access is suspended. I was also under the impression that it was in an automatic payment program.

fees are exhorbitant. Several itemized costs are nowhere near beneficial to us. These additional items should all be optional.
