All the different fees are getting to be onerous and expensive without adding value.

Some of your policies are more difficult than they need to be. Also, I don't like the split membership fees, one for "More" and one for "mainstreet," etc too confusing. Too many transactios to worry about keeping track of.

I can't believe that an association doesn't know how to deal with the fact that I have changed phones. I've been an agent for 14yrs changed phones 11 times, because they were lost, broken or out of date. The problem lies that for some reason this association can't get their act together to allow me sentri access simply because I've had too many phones. I literally was told to wait for a board meeting for people to decide what to do with my account. This is utterly ridiculous and antiquated in action and thought. What makes it more upsetting is no one cares and it is easily solvable by removing one or more if not all of my old phones! I've already been told that it easily can be done once the "board" meets.
Everyone is always polite, and sticks with you until the problem has been solved.
Less money more services.
My password issue was resolved in a prompt and satisfactory timeframe.

I always get answers from you, no matter how stupid my question is.

There are a LARGE number of members in Lake County but MOST of the training sessions, meetings, etc are on the far southwest side of Chicagoland. Just saying

As a new Mainstreet member, I like that the association provides a wealth of courses and events in various locations throughout the month, and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful and professional.
