The level of reporting in MRED listings is very detailed and I appreciate all the hard work that goes into the research and reporting in your listings. The availability of historic data in the system is exceptional!

I think that the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors offers a wide range of classes that can help any real estate professional to constantly improve their knowledge base and to stay on top of the changes that take place in the industry. The staff is always helpful and eager to assist in any way that they can. There are also a wide range of networking events and avenues made available to members. All and all, it is an asset to your career development if you plan on making real estate a long term profession. I am grateful to the staff and am proud to be a member.

Having to buy sentrilock boxes is expensive and inconvenient. There are other boards that supply them to the offices that are associated with them and the fee is included in their dues. I understand the monthly fee is higher, however it is worth a price increase to have the office supply the boxes over having to go to one of 4 board locations. Living in Hampshire, there is not a close location to get a lockbox when needed and if there is a weekend listing, I have to wait to put one on the door until the office is open and I can get to one to buy another box. In the day and age of security concerns, it is not feasible to use combo boxes however due to the cost and inconvenience of the process, many agents in this board use those. And all with the same combination to open the lockboxes.

Being new, there was a LOT to learn. It would have been nice to have it little easier for a new person who works full time and can't go to training during the day time.

Same as I've been saying for every one of these survey requests in the four years I've had my license: I get no value from my membership beyond the privilege of using Sentrilock as part of my dues, which otherwise provide no ROI. Every event and class and seminar is geared towards the agent that isn't busy during banker's hours or doesn't need a full time job to get decent health benefits. And even the Sentrilock support from the office is almost useless since it's very difficult or me to get there to puck up a box or replacement card before 4pm and I can't even get them shipped. It's mostly just a necessary evil for all the agents in my office.

You work hard to keep refreshing in updating all the services making them is current and applicable as possible.
