I don't use a lot of your services. When ever I contact you your people are always very friendly and helpful but I don't see a lot of value in the services your organization provides. However your dishonest approach to billing and the way you automatically assume I'm going to contribute to the NFP and political goals is very dishonest. I always waste a lot of time figuring out how to remove those items. that in my mind is unethical and dishonest. PLEASE STOP THAT!!
Make the mls more user friendly to the agents. Stop having it sign us out on our own phones, it is very frustrating having to relog in to get info to a client. They on the other hand can get to the info faster on their public websites/ apps on their own phones. Makes us look bad

Everything but it seems like I get these surveys often. I get surveys all day long from all kinds of things and if I answered all of them, I would not be able to do anything to earn money. So what I said in the past still stands.
I just joined, but everything has been very smooth! I have called a few times and they are very helpful and kind! The website is easy to use! So far so good!

The main office is not Centrally located. The Tinley office persons are polite but not knowledgeable when asking questions. The staff should have relief so the office is not closed for an hour during the day.
