I always get my questions answered
I rate MORE a 10 but I have nothing to compare it to.
I would like somethings to change like clients being solicited when they put their homes on the market by all the moving companies and attorneys when they are under contract.
I truly appreciate the staff when they answer the phone, however sometimes they make you feel like why are you calling, being polite and friendly is important, even if those of us answering the phone are not 100%. Answer the phone with a smile will really make the other person feel excited. Most of the agents only call when they have a problem and I am guilty of this as well, we should show our appreciation to the staff and be friendly to those who do answer the phone. I say kill them with kindness. I say most of the time the staff is very helpful but sometimes late in the afternoon, the phone might ring a bit longer because it is close to the time to leave and no-one wants to get stuck on the phone when it is time to go.
But again, the majority of the time the staff and everyone are very helpful and pleasant to talk with.
I really don,t know what you do to help me. Any additional help usually comes with an additional cost.
Too many fees. I don't remember this fee the last several years. How can we budget when we have no clue when something is due, then the schedule changes? There needs to be a monthly payment plan available so we may budget accordingly.

I use your services infrequently as brokerage is not the main part of my business so I don't have any real suggestions for you. Most of my calls have been about Sentrilock and at times you have to leave a message and many times do not get a return call.

Whenever I call I talk to a person. If the person I'm talking to doesn't know the answer-which is rare-they connect me to someone else. Very helpful
