Billing is tricky. There should be an explanation about how to remove unwanted “donations” from invoices.

I have not been a member for very long, but, I've had reason to call your office on several occasions. I am concerned that I am NEVER able to get through to a person...it's always a long hold period that eventually ends up with an automated messaging system asking me to leave a VM message. I did leave one, once. I never did get a returned call, so now I just hang up and don't bother. Today, I had to start a chat online to have the opportunity to finally talk to someone...it's disappointing and frustrating.

Helpful staff, education
I like the resources - available classes - contracts that are ready to be filled out electronically - call response.
It would be nicer if our association work against the municipality strict rules on their presale inspection when some municipalities just pick on every little item and should simply do safe and healthy only. It is very frustrating especially when representing bank owned properties thus they will fine us high penalties when we are not in possession and I do not believe it is fair. Palos Hills declare one property in tear down 10 days prior our closing and they walked in that property the first day we got it via sheriff's lockout and at that time they did not say a word about a tear down....that makes it completely unfair!
Offer more days for your "mandatory classes"
I have been on both sides of arbitration process now. I liked the way it was dealt with.
Reduce the cost for membership !!!

I can go and get all my needed forms from the website. Pay our invoices on the website, find out about the on-going educational courses, the annual Oktoberfest is cool, it is a very active association.

Make it easier to pay dues. I always have to hunt for the button.
