Easy of the web site
I have been part of this association for 22 years, and I have always found them to be professional, courteous, friendly, and very responsive to my needs.
Lots of education, good teachers, easy access to forms, helpful customer service, easy to navigate website, helpful tools, keeps me on top of my game. Thank you!

Much too high of dues for not a lot. I realize you have many classes, but other than that, I don't really see how my money is being spent. For heaven's sake, you can't even pay an invoice without having to call in to the office to get directions. Hire a good programmer and fix that portion, if nothing else! She said everyone calls in because they can't figure it out!

The mls is great but there must be a way to integrate crm info so all my prospects are synced and I don’t have to re-enter contact info every time I find a new listing to send out or write a contract.
Ive always had a good experience from replacing ID cards to taking classes at the Association.
Everyone has always been friendly and helpful.
The personnel who answer the phone lack any warmth or care for the caller. They tend to be very curt as if they don't have time to deal with my question. I did not get the correct information when I called. I checked with my broker and she got a different answer when she called. Don't your employees consider the members as customers who need to be properly treated?
