Always get great guidance on the help line
I have been a Realtor for many, many years and feel that I did not get the assistance that I should have received from the Assosiation. There were times that I called for information and could not get my questions answered due to lack of personnel or lack of knowledge..
Also, the fact that a Realtor reporting another Realtor for a violation would have the burdon financially to have it heard.
Also, the dues were too high for the service received.

Mainstreet is easy to navigate. Techs are knowledgeable. However, as a new agent, the fees are heafty and the schedule in which they are due is overwhelming. I started in August, fees were prorated. Then, to turn around & pay more in September made me feel defeated before I even began.
