You do not listen to complaints and resolve problems within the system. ie, the PLN is the wildwest-lack of information, no pictures & no organization. Agents do not follow the appx. sf rules for attached and detached homes. The MLS information cannot be trusted.

Education offerings, certifications, and support team
I never received my semi-annual bill, so when I saw the late fee I was very upset.
I spoke with a very nice lady who resolved the problem, but why Mainstreet waited until
the date it was due was beyond me! Then, it took several hours before I was connected with
a real person to talk to.
Mainstreet has built such a strong presence in the RE community with a variety of activities and many opportunities to network and mingle with fellow Realtors.
You cost to much, for nothing

They are there for you whenever you need anything!
They’re always available to answer questions. I also like the number of continued education classes offered and the variety of methods whether you want in person at the board or virtual. They make it convenient to fit my schedule. I also feel like they keep us informed on market conditions and changes to real estate laws.

This is a poorly phrased question. It's impossible to answer this question having no frame of reference regarding other Real Estate Boards.
Too expensive
There are too many levels of realtor associations. We should not have to pay you for anything. We can rely on IL NARvor national.

You have an optional donation in the bill which is set in a way to trick people. You have done this for years and many people are still unaware it is optional due to the way is is listed. I thought as a Realtor it is all about being transparent and open to the other side.

The most recent dues announcement seems to have been missed by me (and almost by my broker). I do feel that there are way too many emails sent to me by the various Realtor associations, Realtors and affiliated vendors that I sometimes find myself deleting them without reading. The one area where I would like to see more emails is in notifying your membership about upcoming dues, fees and renewals.
