All of the resources and training.
Our organization is very professional and listens to the realtors that are actually out in the field and working with buyers and sellers. They make changes to our paperwork that reflects the times we are living in and our current market situation. I appreciate the consistency of keeping up with all the laws and issues facing our government today and in the future.
Always available to answer questions and assist with any issues. Very friendly staff.

By the time the appraisal addendum was available, the market was shifting. Other boards had the form available early in 2021.

Meets my needs. I do wish you had an office that served those farther south and west.

I love the book club. Some of the events look like fun - but i am not going to drive from Libertyville (or Antioch where I live). More Northern events would be nice. Even Rolling Meadows is an hour away.
