Always easy to connect with to ask a question
Really appreciate the reminder phone calls and messages regarding fees that are due, as I don't often check for those emails or sign into my account to remember to make payments on time. Love the CE classes that are offered (both variety and many different date options), especially the zoom options during Covid. It's not easy to work around a toddler schedule as a stay-at-home mom.
Mainstreet’s staff involvement in various State & National Associations allows them to keep a pulse on current issues that may affect Realtors. The Association is very good at informing membership of the issue and how it can affect our business. And then…the staff will even try to workout a suggested solution to address the issue.
I was recently fined $2500 +$250 admin fee + the future cost of an ethics class for an ethics violation that was obviously just a misunderstanding. It’s now clear to me that these ethics violations are a clear money grab. It and has nothing to do with actually teaching the accused any sort of lesson. I must take an ethics class but there will be nothing about how to do what I did “wrong” differently which should be the point. I know what I’ll do differently next time but no discussion with Mainstreet. I couldn’t be more disappointed in your organization. Just paid $3,250 (still have class cost coming) which is crazy money for me and my family. Spending 6% of my income to an organization that did not support me in a frivolous accusation and instead fined me is beyond frustrating.

I think the fees are too high. I don’t utilize MainStreet for anything other than my SentriLock.
I feel that the dues are to expensive.
As a new agent with not much time under my belt and being financially strapped and having to pay multiple fees to brokerage and to continuing education I was not able to pay the 230 dollar plus 20 dollar fee on time and was charged a late fee. I feel that a late fee should not be added

I have called three times about the code of ethics which I was told we have to
do through the board, no one has called me back. I see a class for a fee but I was
told since you require us to go through the board that it has to be free or wise
there would be a antitrust issue again no one has contacted me. When it comes
to paying fees the calles are many.
Not happy with certain businesses having access to our MLS.

I don't see the value in the services provided for what we pay each year.
I like that if I have a real estate related question or problem, I know I can call and someone knowledgeable will be able to help me.
The spec for the password can be made simpler. I end up resetting my password every time I login. Allowing more than 8 characters in the password would help us pick a password that's easy to remember.
Friendly and proffecional
I have called several times and there is no response. Also, left messages and always goes into voicemail.
As a new broker, there are training classes and recordings to help jump start my business. There's more benefits and resources available as well.
There is always someone available to help answer questions. They are very understanding and kind as well.

I rescheduled my welcome to Mainstreet class and was still charged a “no show” fee. I called to reschedule twice and your office sill charged me 2 $75 sessions. I never had these issues with CAR after being with CAR for nearly 11 years.
Why are you reading your time on this. There are really no choices for us. It all comes down to the forms that you provide in order to keep us legally sounds.. That's what you need to review and ask about.
FEES ARE TOO EXPENSIVE. SHOULD BE BASED OFF COMISSION EARNED NOT A FLAT RATE. NO KNOWN BENEFITS. ZILLOW AND REFIN LET ME RUN COMPS AND I CAN LIST PROPERTIES ON THE SITE FOR FREE.
Hi, I completed my continuing education (ethics), turned it in the day before it was due, and was disconnected from all my services, anyway. I was dealing with an extremely sick mom who had just had open-heart surgery and we were still in the hospital. Thank God I'd cc'd my office with the certificate of completion when I emailed it to Mainstreet. My office caught it and had them turn my services back on sometime in January. I have clients or prespective clients on automatic email, not a good look for me.
Rencently, within the last couple of weeks I needed to use my Sentri App, and it didn't work. I thought it was something simple, but it wasn't. My Sentri App had been disabled since Dec/Jan. I was embarrassed to no avail. I had to get this straighten out to go back the next day to show the property again, I was embarrased to say the least.
The next day I tried calling many, many times, and left only 4 or 5 messages but never received a call of appology or anything, still haven't till this day. I'd called about 15 or 20 times when I decided to call and pick a random name from the employee director, finally, I talked to a Jennifer who was able to restore my services after months of being wrongfully disconnected. I'd been showing but hadn't needed it until that day. I hope this helps, and it never happens again to anyone. If I'd owed some money Mainstreet would have been all over me.
