Would love another option to using showing time due to it's new ownership
The old system is most user friendly , the new system is not good, too complex, too much all over the place, Microsoft new version is no user friendly apple is...........This new version not user friendly and it is not quicker when you learn it.
Jen answered my question and handled my request quickly and professionally. I had a receipt for my transaction before we were off the phone!
Mainstreet is proactive in technologies and information. This is a huge benefit to agents :)

Great people, fantastic service
Every time I have called with a question or concern, I either get an answer right away or get a phone call back the same day. Very good member services. The classes and instructors are all top notch in my book. I did my first Zoom class recently for Broker Management with Annette and it was great. I really enjoyed the class and format.
I have always found that when I have a questions or possible problem, they always help me.
I do like many of the programs that are offered to us to help us be better at our jobs. Also, the instructors are top notch!
The people who work for MRED are professional and do a great job.
As a product, not enough is being done to protect Realtors's services.
For one, we urgently need a new showing service that is independent of a competitor broker. I am talking about replacing ShowingTime which was bought by Zillow.
Secondly, support legal action to prevent giving our listing information away to competitors who gain by selling the results of our own work back to us. Here again, I am talking about Zillow.
Mainstreet provides a constant stream of educational, social and professional programs and emails to keep me up to date and informed of industry and association issues. I feel valued and appreciated by my association.
