Customer service is obviously a high priority.
There is something for everyone;from colors to styles to fit. Plus the staff is knowledgeable and personable. Fleet Feet Tulsa is a sports store in which you do not feel intimidated when you walk in it. In some stores, you feel inferior, stupid, or silly. Some stores the employees won't say hello or even acknowledge you. In other stores, you automatically feel like they are elitists-- YOUR store is NOT one of them. I have recommended your store, your training programs and your knowledge and support to everyone I know or meet and I always hear the same feedback, "I love Fleet Feet. They are awesome!"

Fleet Feet has many great running programs and the service we received the other day was great. The shoes were actually for my wife's cousin who gave away her shoes while on a mission trip in Africa. Since she gave away her shoes, it was the least I could do to help her out and get her a pair of shoes from a great company. Thanks, First name removed

The fitting is great and the product knowledge of your associates is great. One thing I would suggest, give people a couple options in respect to price. I get frustrated when I ask for a recommendation and the sales person heads straight to the most expensive product on the shelf. The other thing I would suggest is, your associates should be very vocal about the $15 voucher if you are part of the rewards program. I spent $170 and there was never a mention of the $15 off voucher for my next purchase. I would also like to see you offer a price match, but understand if you can't. If you can't price match, maybe you could lower the $15 off voucher to, 'if you spend $125 you receive a $15 voucher'. That would help me continue to shop locally. I haven't seen my particular running shoe on sale but will be watching. Thanks for providing great service.

The sales associates takes their time and makes sure the shoes fit correctly. The shoes that I picked were so light, they feel great.
